There is massive growth potential for large retailers to implement resale into their business mode and if retailers begin to stock vintage brand’s curated collections, they may be able to build a stronger relationship with Gen Z. Retailers who take on vintage collections shouldn’t contradict this elsewhere in their strategy as this can sever their relationship with Gen Z and vintage brands need to be weary of retailers and what else they are already stocking/selling when beginning a wholesale/retailer relationship.
